Bucknell University sought to renovate and expand a 12,720-sf Dining commons and a new including exhibition-style individual cooking stations including, salad bar, pizza bar, Deli, Beverage counter, dessert breakfast room, and host station.

Solution
The goal was to transform the existing outdated dining commons and servery into a destination dining experience using a series of distinct dining stations. This new approach brought cooking up front and out of the “back of house” with on-demand food preparation. With cooking on display, a new market-style experience was created giving students a new more social dining experience.
