New retail dining program at Mill Yard Café / Bistro
SNHU was dining service program and infrastructure at Mill Yard Café / Bistro was transformed. The redesign of the previous restaurant space into a showcase servery and renovated dining room and lobby was all about opening up the space and adding diversity. Smaller scaled dining spaces within a new open environment eliminated the monolithic, anonymous dining hall and created alternative work, dining and meetings spaces that both created WOW and built community on campus. The reconditioned production kitchen, showcased a multi-restaurant style marketplace designed for flexibility and expanded/distinct service variety.
